    01 / OUR APPROACH

    Clarity at every step.

Trust starts with understanding who is involved, why a payment is being made and what information is needed. MultiPay takes a risk-based approach to onboarding and transaction review.

    01

    Know our customers

We may ask individuals and businesses for information to verify identity, ownership and the nature of their activities.

    02

    Understand the payment

Payment purpose, counterparties and supporting documents help us assess the transaction and available routes.

    03

    Review and communicate

Requirements depend on the circumstances. Our team will explain what is needed before you proceed.

    02 / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION

    Be ready for onboarding.

Verification helps us understand your profile and the services you need. For businesses, this can include company details, beneficial ownership and authorised representatives. For individuals, identification may be required.

We may request additional information or updated records as circumstances change.

    1. Tell us about yourself.
Provide accurate personal or business information.

    2. Explain your needs.
Share relevant countries, currencies and transaction purpose.

    3. Complete the review.
Provide supporting information through the channel advised by our team.

    03 / PAYMENT REVIEW

    Understand before you confirm.

We assess payment instructions and may request invoices, contracts or other records appropriate to the transaction. Review the recipient details, rate, fees and timing before approving your payment.

    Keep your information secure.

Never share passwords, security codes or identity documents through a general enquiry form. Confirm payment instructions through an established channel before transferring funds.

    04 / SERVICE SCOPE

    Multi-currency services. Defined boundaries.

MultiPay arranges cross-border payments and settlement for eligible businesses and individuals, including fiat currency exchange and two-way USDT conversion with supported currencies. The service scope is not limited to AUD–USDT.

    Fiat-to-fiat settlement

Customers agree the funding currency, recipient and payout currency. Where suitable and available, USDT may be used as an intermediate settlement asset through approved providers without the customer managing those intermediate steps.

    Direct digital-asset conversion

Direct receipt or delivery of USDT is a separate arrangement with confirmed asset, network, wallet, source-of-funds and settlement requirements. USDT is not a bank deposit and carries issuer, market, platform and network risks.

    Route-specific eligibility

Customer residence, business location, funding and payout accounts, counterparties and applicable local requirements are assessed. Australian registration does not by itself authorise services in every country.

All arrangements depend on applicable registration and licensing requirements, customer eligibility, transaction purpose, supporting information and provider acceptance. Restricted or prohibited customers, jurisdictions and transactions do not become eligible by using digital assets or an intermediate country.

Service roles, rates, fees, expected recipient amounts and estimated timing are confirmed in the applicable transaction terms. A website description or enquiry is not approval of a particular route or a guarantee of execution or arrival time.
