    Procurement and payment, clearly connected.

BuildLinkWorld may support procurement enquiries and supplier engagement. MultiPay separately assesses payment eligibility, documentation, pricing and settlement arrangements. A sourcing introduction does not guarantee that a payment will be accepted.

    Trade & Procurement Payments

    What to prepare

Purchase order, sales contract and commercial invoice

Supplier identity and independently checked beneficiary details

Goods or services description, countries and payment schedule

Shipping or delivery records where relevant, plus source-of-funds information if requested

Provide sensitive documents only through the verification process confirmed by our team. Do not include identity documents, passwords or security codes in a general enquiry.

    HOW IT WORKS

Four steps. One clear payment trail.

    1. Prepare the commercial records. Identify buyer, supplier, order, goods or services and payment stage.
    2. Review the payment requirements. Confirm jurisdiction, currency, beneficiary and required supporting information.
    3. Approve the quote and instruction. Check fees, expected timing and any revised supplier bank details.
    4. Reconcile the transaction. Link the confirmation to the invoice and retain delivery records separately.

Rates, fees, expected recipient amount and estimated timing are confirmed for the transaction. Bank processing, network conditions and additional reviews can affect completion.

    SERVICE SCOPE

Know what the payment service covers.

MultiPay does not source, inspect or certify goods, guarantee delivery, arrange customs clearance or determine product compliance through this payment service. Trade finance, letters of credit, escrow and supplier guarantees are not offered by this page.

Availability depends on customer eligibility, purpose, jurisdiction, currency, provider arrangements and satisfactory verification. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. The applicable service provider and responsibilities are confirmed before you proceed.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Before you proceed.

Do I have to use BuildLinkWorld to make a payment?

No. You may enquire about an eligible payment supported by your own commercial documents. Procurement and payment assessments are separate.

Does a payment confirm that goods meet Australian standards?

No. Product certification, import requirements and supplier due diligence remain separate from payment processing.

Can payments follow an order’s milestones?

Separate payments may be discussed against a documented schedule. The buyer and supplier determine fulfilment; each instruction is assessed independently.

What if a supplier emails new bank details?

Verify the change through a trusted, previously established contact channel. Do not rely solely on the email or an altered invoice.
