    PREPARE YOUR ENQUIRY

Six details that help us assess a route.

    01

    Sending country

Where the payer and funding account are located. Identify the person or business providing the funds.

    02

    Receiving country

Where the beneficiary and receiving account are located. Explain any difference between the two.

    03

    Currencies & amount

The sending currency, requested receiving currency and approximate amount. State the direction clearly.

    04

    Payment purpose

For example, a supplier invoice, service contract or personal transfer. Explain the underlying reason.

    05

    Beneficiary & method

The intended recipient and settlement method. Bank details or digital-asset instructions are verified later through the designated process.

    06

    Timing & records

Your preferred date and relevant invoice, contract or supporting record. Availability and timing still require confirmation.

    WHY AVAILABILITY VARIES

The same currency can involve different routes.

    CUSTOMER

    Who is making the payment?

Applicant eligibility, residence, business activity, ownership and source of funds can affect which services are appropriate.

    TRANSACTION

    What is the payment for?

The purpose, amount, beneficiary and supporting records are assessed together. Approval for one payment does not automatically cover another.

    ROUTE

    How will it settle?

Bank or provider arrangements, local requirements, currency handling and any digital-asset network can affect availability and timing.

A country name is not an availability guarantee.

We do not publish a universal supported-country or supported-currency list here. Contact our team for the current position on your proposed transaction before sending funds or making a commitment to a supplier.

    MULTI-CURRENCY & DIGITAL-ASSET SETTLEMENT

Supported fiat currencies. Connected with USDT.

    BANK-BASED FUNDING OR SETTLEMENT

    Supported fiat currencies

Tell us which currency you want to send and receive, such as AUD, USD, EUR or HKD. These are enquiry examples, not a confirmed availability list. Confirm account ownership, bank instructions and payment references.

    1. Ask whether the proposed account and payer can be accepted
    2. Confirm any conversion and intermediary steps
    3. Check banking cut-offs, holidays and expected timing
    DIGITAL-ASSET TRANSFER

    Tether · USDT

Confirm the requested direction, supported network, destination and any additional verification requirements.

    1. Never assume all USDT networks are supported
    2. Check the full address and any required memo or tag
    3. Confirm network charges and receipt requirements

Direct fiat–USDT conversion and fiat-to-fiat settlement are assessed separately. For an agreed fiat-to-fiat service, MultiPay may arrange USDT as an intermediate asset without requiring the customer to operate a wallet. USDT is not a USD bank balance; direct transfers require the exact confirmed network and destination.

    SERVICE BOUNDARIES

    Coverage follows the whole transaction.

A supported currency does not establish permission to serve every country or customer. Residence, business location, funding and beneficiary accounts, applicable laws, sanctions and provider requirements are reviewed together.

Restricted or prohibited customers, jurisdictions and transactions are not made eligible by converting funds into USDT or routing them through another country. Contact us for a route assessment before sending funds.

    AVOID ROUTE CONFUSION

    Keep these distinctions clear.

    COUNTRY ≠ CURRENCY

    Confirm both

A beneficiary may be based in one country and hold an account elsewhere or in another currency. Tell us all relevant locations and currencies rather than assuming the country identifies the account currency.

    ENQUIRY ≠ APPROVAL

    Wait for confirmation

A preliminary discussion is not a confirmed route, funding instruction or commitment to process a transaction. Obtain the current approved instructions and terms before proceeding.

    COMMON QUESTIONS

    Before you choose a route.

Can I request a currency that is not mentioned on this website?

Yes. Tell us the proposed currency pair, amount, countries and purpose. Our team can assess whether a route is available. Mentioning a currency in an enquiry does not mean it can be supported.

Can a route change after an earlier payment?

Yes. Customer circumstances, bank or provider arrangements and applicable requirements may change. Reconfirm the instructions for each transaction, especially if the payer or beneficiary has changed.

Do you guarantee international coverage or same-day settlement?

No universal coverage or arrival time is promised here. Ask for availability and an expected timeframe for the specific route. Review, bank processing and network conditions can affect timing.

Where can I check the rate and fees?

See Exchange Rates & Fees for the quote checklist, then request a transaction-specific quote from our team.
