APPLICATIONS & VERIFICATION Getting started.
Who can apply?
Businesses and individuals can submit the relevant application for assessment. Eligibility depends on the applicant, purpose, jurisdiction and service requested. Visit Getting Started for the application links.
What documents should I prepare?
Businesses may be asked for registration, ownership, representative and trading records. Individuals may be asked for identification, address and source-of-funds evidence. Follow the current form and any further requests from the review team.
Is an application the same as approval?
No. Submission does not approve an account or transaction. An approved customer may still need a separate review for a particular beneficiary, currency, route or payment.
Why might you ask for more information?
Further records can help establish identity, ownership, authority, source of funds or the purpose of a transaction. Requirements depend on the case and may also involve service-provider checks.
RATES, FEES & AVAILABILITY Understanding your quote.
Where can I see a live exchange rate?
This website does not display an executable live rate. Ask our team for a transaction-specific quote and its validity. A rate on a news or market-information website is not a MultiPay offer.
What should a quote tell me?
Check the sending and receiving currencies, amount, exchange rate, applicable service fees, known third-party charges, expected recipient amount, validity and conditions. See Exchange Rates & Fees.
Is the rate guaranteed once I make an enquiry?
No. An enquiry does not lock a rate. Ask when a rate becomes binding and what funding, acceptance and expiry conditions apply to your quote.
Which countries and currencies do you support?
Availability is assessed for the particular customer, purpose and route. Do not assume that a country or currency mentioned in a guide is supported for your payment. Use Countries & Currencies to prepare a route enquiry.
PAYMENTS & SETTLEMENT Sending and tracking funds.
What details should I check before sending?
Verify the beneficiary’s legal name, account details, currency, destination and reference. Confirm changed instructions through a trusted channel. Use only the funding instructions confirmed for the transaction.
Can someone else fund my transaction?
Do not assume third-party funding is permitted. Contact our team before sending from an account held by another person or company. The payer, ownership and commercial purpose must be reviewed.
How long does a payment take?
Timing depends on receipt of cleared funds, completed checks, currency conversion, banks, cut-off times and public holidays. Digital-asset transactions may also depend on network conditions. Ask for an estimate for the agreed route.
What if my payment is delayed or the recipient cannot locate it?
Contact our team with the transaction reference, date, amount and currency. Retain the receipt and ask the beneficiary to check their account. Do not send the payment again unless instructed; tracing or further information may be needed.
Can I change or cancel a payment?
Contact our team immediately. Whether a change, cancellation or recall can be attempted depends on the processing stage and receiving institutions or network. Recovery is not guaranteed, and costs may apply.
What happens if a payment is returned?
The outcome depends on the reason for return and transaction terms. Charges or exchange-rate movements may affect any amount returned. Read the Refund Policy and contact our team about your case.
USDT CONVERSION & INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT Digital-asset requirements.
Is MultiPay limited to AUD–USDT conversion?
No. MultiPay provides multi-currency exchange and cross-border settlement arrangements, including USDT conversion with supported fiat currencies. Ask about your required currency pair; customer eligibility, countries, providers and route availability must be confirmed before acceptance.
Can I pay one fiat currency and receive another without handling USDT?
For an agreed fiat-to-fiat settlement service, yes. MultiPay may arrange USDT as an intermediate settlement asset through approved providers. You and your recipient use the agreed fiat payment and payout arrangements without operating the intermediate wallet steps yourselves.
Can customers outside Australia use MultiPay?
Enquiries from overseas customers are assessed individually. Residence, business location, applicable local requirements, transaction purpose and provider acceptance affect eligibility. Australian registration does not by itself authorise services in every jurisdiction.
Can digital assets be used to bypass a restricted payment route?
No. Converting funds into USDT does not remove applicable sanctions, legal or provider restrictions. A restricted or prohibited customer, jurisdiction or transaction does not become eligible simply because a digital asset or another country is used.
Is USDT the same as US dollars in a bank account?
No. USDT is a digital asset intended to track the US dollar; it is not a USD bank balance. A stablecoin can face issuer, liquidity, technology and loss-of-value risks. See ASIC Moneysmart’s guidance.
Which network and wallet should I use?
Use only the network and destination instructions confirmed for your transaction. Check the entire address and any required memo or tag. Never assume networks are interchangeable or reuse old instructions without confirmation.
Can an incorrect digital-asset transfer be reversed?
It may be difficult or impossible to recover a transfer sent to the wrong address or network. Stop and ask our team if any instruction is unclear. Never send a private key, recovery phrase, password or security code.
SAFETY & SUPPORT When you need help.
How do I report suspicious instructions or a possible scam?
Stop before sending more money. Contact your bank or relevant platform immediately if funds have been sent, and contact MultiPay through the details on our Contact Us page. Do not rely on contact details supplied in the suspicious message.
How can I raise a service concern or complaint?
Contact admin@mfgpay.com or use the enquiry page. Include a concise description, transaction reference if relevant and the outcome you are seeking. Avoid sending identity documents or security credentials in a general enquiry.
Where can I read the policies?
The maintained versions of our privacy, terms, refund and accessibility information are on Trust & Compliance. Read the applicable terms before using a service.
Does a BuildLinkWorld introduction approve my supplier or payment?
No. Procurement and payment assessments are separate. An introduction does not guarantee a supplier, goods, delivery or transaction acceptance. Any technical integration must be separately assessed and agreed.
