    PAYMENT SCENARIOS

    Built around your payment purpose.

    Professional & advisory services

Discuss payments for contracted consulting, design, engineering or other eligible professional services.

    Digital & remote delivery

Prepare the service description and invoice for eligible software, technology or remote service arrangements.

    Recurring service relationships

Plan periodic invoices and retain a separate approval and reference for each payment.

    INFORMATION & PREPARATION

Make the service behind the payment clear.

An invoice alone may not explain an international service arrangement. A short description of the work, parties and delivery period helps connect the payment to a genuine commercial purpose.

Invoice, service description and delivery period

    HOW IT WORKS

Four steps. One clear payment trail.

    1. Describe the service relationship. Identify the customer, service provider, countries and intended payment.
    2. Provide supporting records. Complete identity or business checks and any requested transaction information.
    3. Confirm the quote and beneficiary. Review charges, currency conversion and expected timing before approval.
    4. Reconcile to the invoice. Retain available confirmations and the relevant service records.

Rates, fees, expected recipient amount and estimated timing are confirmed for the transaction. Bank processing, network conditions and additional reviews can affect completion.
