Discuss a Partnership How It Works
COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES Where collaboration can begin.
Professional advisers
Explore introductions for clients with international trade, corporate service or overseas payment requirements.
Business networks
Discuss a referral journey for members, trade associations and organisations connecting businesses across markets.
Complementary service providers
Bring genuine payment enquiries from procurement, logistics or other business relationships for separate assessment.
INFORMATION & PREPARATION A good introduction starts with context.
Explain the client’s business and payment need before transferring any personal information. The proposed arrangement should make clear who introduces the client, who provides the service and who handles each next step.

What to prepare
Organisation name, website and business activities
Markets served and typical client profiles
Proposed referral journey and expected enquiry types
Contact person, proposed role and relevant registrations where applicable
Provide sensitive documents only through the verification process confirmed by our team. Do not include identity documents, passwords or security codes in a general enquiry.
HOW IT WORKS A clear path from enquiry to agreement.
- Introduce your organisation. Describe your clients, markets and proposed collaboration.
- Review the operating model. Discuss customer consent, information handling, service scope and responsibilities.
- Agree the arrangement. Confirm any commercial terms, permitted marketing and referral process in writing.
- Introduce and support. Refer eligible enquiries through the agreed channel; MultiPay separately assesses each customer and transaction.
Partnership discussions are exploratory. Service availability, responsibilities, implementation and commercial terms must be confirmed before you proceed.
SERVICE SCOPE Clear roles. Responsible collaboration.
A referral does not guarantee onboarding, payment acceptance or a particular exchange rate. A partnership enquiry does not authorise you to bind MultiPay, collect client funds, provide regulated advice or use its branding. Any remuneration or referral fee requires a separate written agreement and any required disclosures.
Availability depends on customer eligibility, purpose, jurisdiction, currency, provider arrangements and satisfactory verification. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. The applicable service provider and responsibilities are confirmed before you proceed.
MULTINATIONAL FINANCE GROUP PTY LTD (MultiPay) is registered with AUSTRAC as an independent remittance dealer (IND100842665-001) and a digital currency exchange provider (DCE100842665-001). AUSTRAC registration is not government endorsement or approval and does not guarantee a transaction.

Who can discuss a channel partnership?
Professional advisers, business networks and complementary service providers can enquire. Suitability depends on the proposed activity, markets and responsibilities.
Is a referral fee automatically payable?
No. Any fee, eligibility criteria, payment conditions and required client disclosures must be agreed separately in writing.
Can I send a client’s documents with my first enquiry?
Send only an overview initially. Obtain appropriate permission before sharing client information and follow the agreed secure process for documents.
Can I quote rates or accept funds for MultiPay?
Not on the basis of a referral relationship or this webpage. Authority, activities and restrictions must be expressly agreed and consistent with applicable requirements.
