    How it works

    From business verification to reconciliation

    Four stages of business collections
    1. Submit corporate information. Provide entity, authorised representative and business activity details.
    2. Complete verification. Supply business KYC and ultimate beneficial ownership information requested for review.
    3. Confirm collection details. Agree the supported route and instructions, identify the payer and record the payment purpose.
    4. Receive and reconcile. Check the receipt against the relevant invoice or contract and retain the available transaction records.

Processing times and availability depend on jurisdiction, currency, payment route and compliance review. Follow the collection instructions confirmed for your transaction.
