    01

    Apply & verify

Complete the relevant form. Our team assesses your information and requests clarification where needed.

    02

    Describe the payment

Confirm the amount, currencies, purpose, destination and beneficiary. Any digital-asset requirement needs separate confirmation.

    03

    Review your quote

Check the rate, fees, expected recipient amount, validity and conditions before accepting.

    04

    Fund as instructed

Use only the instructions confirmed for your reviewed transaction. Do not transfer funds simply because you submitted a form.

    05

    Processing & settlement

Timing depends on the route, receipt of funds, review, banks and any applicable network conditions.

    06

    Retain your records

Keep the quote, transaction reference, payment confirmation and supporting documents.

    BEFORE YOU SEND

A short check can prevent a costly mistake.

    CHECK THE RECIPIENT

    Verify independently

Confirm the beneficiary’s legal name and payment details through a trusted contact channel, especially if an invoice or account has changed.

    CHECK THE INSTRUCTIONS

    Use the agreed route

Confirm the amount, currency, reference and funding account. Ask before using a different payer or third-party account.

    PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

    Use the designated process

Send identity and financial records only through the application or verification channel confirmed by our team. Never share passwords, one-time codes or wallet recovery phrases.

Multi-currency and USDT enquiries: tell us your sending and receiving currencies and whether you want fiat settlement or direct USDT delivery. For agreed fiat-to-fiat payments, MultiPay may arrange the intermediate digital-asset steps; you do not need to operate them yourself. For direct USDT transfers, confirm availability, the supported network, destination address and total charges before sending. USDT is a digital asset, not the same as a USD bank balance. Digital-asset transfers may be difficult or impossible to recover if sent incorrectly.

    QUICK ANSWERS

    Before you apply.

Does submitting the form mean I am approved?

No. An application is assessed before approval. A particular payment, currency or route may also require a separate review.

    How long will verification take?

Timing depends on the application, supporting records and any further checks. Ask our team about your application; no fixed approval time is promised here.

What if I do not have a requested document?

Contact our team before submitting an incomplete or inaccurate record. Explain what is unavailable so the review team can advise whether an alternative can be considered.
