    Built around your payment purpose.

    Deposits & mobilisation

Plan an initial payment against the signed contract, beneficiary details and agreed payment schedule.

    Progress & milestone payments

Link each instruction to the relevant invoice or progress claim and your own approval of the milestone.

    Final balances & variations

Identify approved variations, final invoices and any retention amount before requesting settlement.

    INFORMATION & PREPARATION

A clear reference for every stage.

Projects may involve multiple suppliers, changing schedules and payments in different currencies. Use a consistent project reference and keep revised instructions separate from earlier versions.

    HOW IT WORKS

Four steps. One clear payment trail.

    1. Define the project and payment stage. Share the parties, jurisdictions, contract and intended purpose.
    2. Complete customer and transaction checks. Provide ownership, source-of-funds or other information requested.
    3. Review and authorise the instruction. Confirm beneficiary details, quotation, charges and expected timing.
    4. Retain settlement records. Reconcile the available confirmation to the project ledger and invoice.

Rates, fees, expected recipient amount and estimated timing are confirmed for the transaction. Bank processing, network conditions and additional reviews can affect completion.

    SERVICE SCOPE

MultiPay does not inspect construction work, certify completion, approve a progress claim or guarantee contract performance. This page does not offer escrow, retention management or conditional release of funds. Commercial approvals remain with the contracting parties.

Availability depends on customer eligibility, purpose, jurisdiction, currency, provider arrangements and satisfactory verification. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. The applicable service provider and responsibilities are confirmed before you proceed.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Before you proceed.

    Can payments follow construction milestones?

Yes, you can discuss separate payment instructions linked to milestones. Each instruction remains subject to acceptance; the project parties determine whether the milestone has been achieved.

Can MultiPay hold a deposit until work is completed?

Escrow or conditional-release services are not offered by this page. Do not transfer funds on the assumption that MultiPay will hold them pending project completion.

What if the contract or recipient changes?

Provide the revised documents before issuing another instruction. Independently verify changed bank details using an established contact channel.

    Can a payment be cancelled?

Contact the team promptly. Recall depends on processing status and the receiving provider. Applicable legal rights are not removed if a payment is technically irreversible.
