    COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES

Connect each stage of your procurement journey.

    Define what you need

Prepare product specifications, quantities, destination and required delivery dates for your supplier enquiry.

    Review supplier proposals

Compare quotations, commercial terms and supporting information. Verify the supplier and product requirements independently.

    Prepare the payment enquiry

Bring the purchase order, invoice, beneficiary and payment schedule to MultiPay for a separate review.

    INFORMATION & PREPARATION

    Two services. Clearly defined roles.

Procurement decisions cover the supplier, goods, price, delivery and contract. Payment decisions cover eligibility, beneficiary instructions, conversion and settlement. Keep the two assessments connected through accurate records without treating one as approval of the other.

    HOW IT WORKS

From procurement enquiry to payment review.

    1. Explore procurement. Use the BuildLinkWorld portal to begin the equipment or materials enquiry.
    2. Review the commercial arrangement. Verify the supplier, specifications, certification, delivery and contract terms independently.
    3. Request a payment assessment. Provide MultiPay with the relevant invoice, purpose and beneficiary information.
    4. Confirm and reconcile. Review the quote and approved instructions, then retain payment and procurement records separately.

Partnership discussions are exploratory. Service availability, responsibilities, implementation and commercial terms must be confirmed before you proceed.

Any technical integration between platforms requires separate evaluation and agreement.

Availability depends on customer eligibility, purpose, jurisdiction, currency, provider arrangements and satisfactory verification. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. The applicable service provider and responsibilities are confirmed before you proceed.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    Before you proceed.

Is a BuildLinkWorld enquiry also a payment application?

No. Procurement enquiries and MultiPay customer onboarding or transaction requests follow separate processes.

Do I need to source through BuildLinkWorld to use MultiPay?

No. You can enquire about an eligible payment supported by your own supplier and commercial documents.

Who checks Australian product standards and import requirements?

The buyer should independently confirm applicable standards, certification and import obligations with suitably qualified advisers or relevant authorities. Payment acceptance does not certify the goods.

Are the two platforms automatically connected?

No live integration is implied here. Submit information through the relevant process and confirm any technical arrangement separately.
