Currency Exchange
Exchange currencies with clarity and confidence.
Currency exchangeCurrency exchange.
Clear from the start.Connect supported currencies through cross-border FX and settlement, including two-way USDT conversion. Our services extend beyond AUD–USDT; each currency pair and payment route is confirmed for your customer profile and transaction.
Discuss Your ExchangeRates & Fees
Exchange requirements Match the conversion to your purpose.
Business FX
Discuss conversion linked to international collections, supplier payments or other eligible commercial obligations.
Personal exchange
Confirm the currency pair, amount, purpose and beneficiary requirements for an eligible personal transaction.
Fiat ↔ USDT
Arrange conversion between USDT and supported fiat currencies. Confirm the currency, network, wallet or bank account, quoted costs and settlement instructions before sending funds.
A published example or enquiry does not confirm that a particular currency, asset, network or transaction is supported.
International settlement Pay in one currency. Receive another.
For eligible transactions, MultiPay may use USDT as an intermediate settlement asset between the payment and payout currencies. Where a fiat-to-fiat service is agreed, customers do not need to buy, hold or transfer USDT themselves.
01 · Your payment
Agree the sending currency, amount, beneficiary and receiving currency with our team.
02 · Arranged settlement
MultiPay coordinates the confirmed route, which may include digital-asset conversion through approved service providers.
03 · Agreed payout
The recipient receives the agreed currency through the confirmed payout arrangement, subject to the transaction terms.
Illustrative structure: sending currency → USDT → receiving currency. This is not a promise that every route is available or faster. Countries, customer locations, currencies and counterparties must be approved. Digital assets do not bypass sanctions or other service restrictions.
How it works Review the details before you commit.
Your transaction, clearly definedCurrency or asset → Quote → Verification → Settlement
Fiat currency exchange and digital currency exchange have different delivery instructions and risks. Our team will confirm the applicable process for your enquiry.
- Share your requirement. State the currency or asset pair, amount, purpose and preferred timing.
- Complete verification. Provide identity or business information and any requested transaction or source-of-funds documents.
- Review the quotation. Check the rate, applicable fees, expected amount, validity period and conditions.
- Confirm delivery instructions. Verify bank details or the exact digital asset, wallet address and network, as applicable.
- Proceed and retain records. Follow the confirmed instructions and keep the settlement confirmation and available transaction reference.
Do not send funds or digital assets before the route and instructions have been confirmed for your transaction.
Pricing and settlement Understand what affects the final amount.
Check the rate, disclosed fees and expected settlement amount together before confirming your conversion.
Your quotation
The agreed rate, transaction size, applicable fees and route determine the expected settlement amount. Indicative website rates are not executable quotes.
Your timing
Quote validity and expected processing time are confirmed for the transaction. Banking cut-offs, network processing and additional checks can affect completion.
Digital currency considerations
USDT is a digital asset, not a bank deposit. Its value and availability can change. Network fees, issuer and platform risks, and incorrect wallet or network details can affect a transaction. Transfers may be irreversible; verify every instruction before proceeding.
Information and service scope Prepare your exchange information.
Clear instructions and supporting information help the team assess your request.
Prepare identity or company details, the proposed amount, currency or asset pair, intended timing, transaction purpose and relevant supporting records. For digital currency transactions, provide wallet and network details only through the confirmed process.
Never provide passwords, private keys or wallet recovery phrases. An enquiry or registration does not guarantee transaction acceptance.

Is MultiPay limited to AUD–USDT?
No. Our service scope includes multi-currency exchange and cross-border settlement, including USDT conversion with supported fiat currencies. Availability is confirmed for each customer, country, currency and route before a transaction is accepted.
Do I need a wallet for a fiat-to-fiat payment?
Not where a fiat-to-fiat settlement service has been agreed. MultiPay may arrange the intermediate digital-asset steps. A direct USDT receipt or delivery requires the separately confirmed wallet and network instructions.
Is a website rate a binding quote?
No. Indicative rates are not executable transaction quotes. Request a quote for your specific transaction and check its validity period.
What affects the final amount?
The agreed rate, applicable charges and settlement details affect the amount received. Review the complete quotation before confirming.
Which currencies, digital assets and networks are available?
Availability depends on the customer profile, route, transaction and service configuration. Our team will confirm the supported options.
Can I send USDT on any network?
No. Use only the exact asset, network and wallet instructions confirmed for your transaction. An incorrect network or address may result in loss.
Can I exchange on behalf of another person?
Disclose the relationship and purpose before proceeding. Third-party arrangements require review and may not be accepted.
Does AUSTRAC registration guarantee my funds or the service?
No. Registration is not government endorsement or approval and does not guarantee a transaction or remove digital asset and settlement risks.
