Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments or settlement transactions processed through Multipay (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    A refund may be considered only if the transaction has not yet been processed, settled or released to the receiving financial institution. Once a transaction is completed or in progress through a partner bank or settlement channel, it may no longer be eligible for reversal or refund.

  2. Incorrect or Failed Transactions
    If a payment is delayed, rejected or fails due to incorrect information provided by the user, including incorrect account details, incomplete KYC documentation or regulatory restrictions, Multipay is not obligated to issue a refund. In certain cases, partner banks or settlement channels may impose fees for failed transactions, which will be the responsibility of the user.

  3. Compliance and Regulatory Review
    All transactions are subject to AML/CTF compliance review. Refunds cannot be issued while a transaction is under regulatory investigation or review. If a transaction is cancelled due to compliance concerns, any applicable refund will be processed only after official clearance from relevant authorities or partners.

  4. Fees and Charges
    Service fees, processing fees and FX-related charges are generally non-refundable. If a transaction is cancelled prior to processing, Multipay may, at its sole discretion, refund the principal amount minus any third-party costs already incurred.

  5. Processing Time for Refunds
    If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment source unless otherwise required by law. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions, international banking networks or compliance checks. Multipay does not guarantee a specific timeframe but will make reasonable efforts to complete the refund promptly.

  6. User Responsibilities
    Users must ensure that all transaction details are accurate before submission. Multipay is not responsible for losses arising from user error, including incorrect recipient information or mistaken transfers.

  7. No Refund for Completed Transactions
    Refunds are not available once funds have been successfully settled to the designated recipient or processed through final settlement channels.

  8. Amendments to This Policy
    Multipay may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
